			Each check can be said to have a status which indicates how logically relevant it is. At a high level the statuses can be split into 3 categories: logically required, logically useful, and not logically useful.
			When Hint Importance is disabled or the logic rules are No Logic, the hints fall back to legacy behavior which is quick to calculate. In this case, the statuses are as follows:

			===Hint Importance Calculations===
			For the first step, we always calculate the full list of "logically required" checks. The process for this is simple: simulate a logical playthrough of the seed where we are forced to skip over one check and one check only. We do this once for every check, keeping track of which checks lead to failed playthroughs. The checks which caused failed playthroughs are the Required checks.

			Once we know which checks are Required, we look at the remaining candidate checks to determine if they are useful. The candidate checks are essentially the checks which would be considered "skippable" if hint importance was not calculated. We do a very large number of trial runs using an algorithm to determine if skipping over a specific check can be the difference between completing a seed or not. If skipping a certain check ever causes us to fail to logically complete a seed AND we know that the check is not in the list of "logically required" checks which we determined up front, we know that the check is "sometimes required".

			Candidate checks which are never found to be "sometimes required" are then considered to not be useful, meaning their status is "not required". Checks which were neither Required nor candidate checks are simply "not required" (ex: an orange Rupee).

			* Example: if all 4 swords are easily accessible and we only need any 3 swords to beat the seed, then no individual sword is Required. However, if we are in a state where we are skipping over one sword already, adding a 2nd sword to the list of skipped checks causes us to fail to complete the seed. This means the 2nd sword we skipped is certainly "sometimes required". This can be true for any of the 4 swords, so the algorithm will end up finding all 4 of them to be "sometimes required".
